3. Booking, Cancellation, and Payment Policies

All bookings and payments are made through Acuity Scheduling.

We appreciate your understanding that there is a 24-hour window for rescheduling or canceling appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within this time frame. In the event of a last-minute cancellation or a no-show, the full payment for the session will be required. Thank you for your respect and commitment to this policy.

All gift card purchases are non-refundable. The gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

4. Payment Methods

Payments are made by credit card or debit card at the time of booking through Acuity Scheduling. For in-person sessions, payments can also be made by cash on the day of the session. 

Gift cards can be purchased using credit or debit cards through Acuity Scheduling.

  

5. Refund Policy (for Services)

In case of a change of plans, we encourage you to reschedule your in-person or online session. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a refund to the same card used for the booking after the cancellation has been made. Please allow a few days for processing.

Kindly note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session or no-shows will require full payment for the session. Gift card purchases are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.

You can manage your session through your Acuity Scheduling account to reschedule or cancel as needed.

  

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and videos, is protected by copyright laws and remains the property of the website owner.

You agree not to share, distribute, or otherwise disclose links to any protected Member Site assets, including but not limited to images, videos, or other content. This includes any unauthorized copying, reproducing, or redistribution of the content for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
