When You Align,
Everything Aligns
Inner blocks and unresolved traumas stand in the way of feeling whole, living authentically, and attaining the experiences, relationships, and things we desire.
Healing our Heart-Mind connection attends to the root of these issues. Deeply embedded in the unconscious, beyond our conscious awareness, these limitations influence our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
I am a Heart~Mind Healing Practitioner based in Lausanne, Switzerland. I offer in-person and virtual guidance.

THE MIND IS EVERYTHING.
WHAT YOU THINK, YOU BECOME.
WHAT YOU FEEL, YOU ATTRACT.
WHAT YOU IMAGINE, YOU CREATE.
~ BUDDHA
The gateway to wholeness involves returning to ourselves, each other, and nature.
My path is to assist my clients in reconnecting with their essence and the innate knowledge that we all possess but have forgotten. With these newfound understandings, I support them in achieving harmony between their heart and mind by releasing what no longer serves them to create a life worthy of who they are and who they are becoming.
Over the course of the sessions, we gain clarity on what is holding you back, connect with your heart to discern what it wants instead, and utilize neuroplasticity, the brain's incredible ability to transform throughout our lives, to effectively overwrite old limiting beliefs and patterns in the subconscious mind and restore alignment.
Profound changes happen quickly and effortlessly, beyond willpower and positive thinking.
